What is Pinch?

Pinch is a concierge medspa that delivers expert, medical-grade treatments to your door—and now, curated skincare to maintain your results between visits.

How do I use my providers code?

At checkout you will see an option to add your Pinch Providers custom code. This gives you a 10% discount and lets us know your Provider sent you!

Do I need to be a Pinch treatment client to shop the skincare store?

Not at all. Our skincare is available to everyone, whether or not you receive treatments with Pinch.

Are these products medical-grade?

Yes. Every product we offer is hand-selected by our clinical team for its efficacy, ingredients, and ability to support real skin results.

Can I speak to someone for a personalized skincare recommendation?

Yes—we always recomend chatting with your Pinch provider during your appoitment about what skincare will work best for your treatment goals. If you are looking for additional recommendations please email us at clients@pinchmed.com, and a member of our clinical team can guide you toward the right products for your skin.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. If you're outside our service area, stay tuned—we're expanding.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $99. For orders under that, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days and ship via standard delivery. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Can I return skincare products?

Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare, all sales are final. If you received the wrong product or something arrived damaged, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

Treatment questions

How do I know which skincare products are right for my treatment plan?

Our clinical team has curated each product to support specific treatments like Tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and HydraGlow. For personalized recommendations, reach out to us.

Do I need to change my skincare routine after a treatment?

In most cases, yes. Some active ingredients should be paused post-treatment. We’ll guide you through post-care and suggest what to use and when. We always recommend stopping any retinal products 7 to 10 days before chemical peels, facials, and microneedling.
